So, finally today, I got to meet sweet Sean Robert.
He is SO SO stinking SWEET!

So, Megan's 2nd son, Sean Robert, made his debut last Friday 12:34 and he was a big boy at 8lbs. 5 oz.! I get to meet him this Friday and you better believe my camera will be with me! Look for pics soon.

Jack was off and running on Wednesday!
It was a rainy day and I am back on nights, so Frank was in charge of getting him off to the bus at 8:40. Apparently that meant they were going to leave for the bus at 7:00! WHAT? Nope, Frank got the time wrong, but it caused a little chaos on the first day....but it was none the less fun. It's funny what Jack picked out to go to school on the first day...a random t-shirt, Hawaiian shorts, gray socks, and blue gym shoes. OMG, I could have died, but I let it go since I didn't want to stress him. He also wanted everyone to wear our Disney ponchos to the bus stop with him! Whatever makes him happy!

I THINK they had fun, but I know they're glad it's over as am I!
Frank is the head coach of their team which can make things kind of hairy.....
As my parents said, this is just the beginning!

Oh how life changes......

LASTLY, in just 6, yep 6 short days, I will have one in FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN! I don't know who is more excited.

Oh yes, and just as he starts school, I go back to nights...so much for the normalcy!

Obama, Obama, Obama

Tisk,tisk,tisk. Shame on him. He should have known better. He's the President of the United States for goodness sakes! I didn't vote for him, but I didn't vote for McCain either...so take that for what it's worth. President Obama openly stated Cambridge Police "acted stupidly" after arresting one of his friends. The problem I have, is President Obama admittedly did not know the facts of the case when he made the comment. It's gone on to cause racial stirs and yes, today, he invited the officer for a beer, but too late in my opinion. A man with such authority should really think before he speaks.

Civil War Days

Well, it was a day of fun and education....sort of! The boys were more interested in the horses and the guns than anything else, but as always, it was an adventure.

A friend of mine recommended going to Civil War Days to practice my photography skills, as the boys move too much, and he told me he'd help, though he shoots film and was confused by my set-up. He helped with shutter speeds, apeture, and blah, blah, blah. It was fun!
